Winners of written contest on ethnic and religious affairs announced

In the ongoing context of trade unions, workers, officials and employees fighting against the Covid-19 pandemic, the contest "Cadres, civil servants and employees writing about ethnic and religious affairs" launched by the Vietnam Trade Union received 1,561 entries from across the country.

Kicked off in August, 2021, after three months, the contest has attracted large numbers of cadres, civil servants and employees from 54 provincial – level trade unions. Entries consisted of many types of articles such as reflection, reporting, chronicle, etc with main contents on the State and Party’s policies and guidelines on religious affairs, national unity and practical contributions made by ethnic minorities, domestic and international organizations and individuals in building and strengthening of the national great unity.

After two rounds of judging, the organizing board selected one first prize, three second prizes, four third prizes, and 13 prospective writer prizes. Mrs. Vũ Thị Tuyết Nhung from Vietnam National Union of Coal and Mining Workers won the first prize.
