Meeting with religious committee in An Giang province

Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee in the province Nguyễn Phú welcomed the church delegation.

At the visiting reception, while extending Tet greetings to officials and staff of the provincial religious committee, the Vietnam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints took the chance to thank the provincial authorities for its attention and supports extended to the congregation of the church in the province over the past years.

Speaking with the guests, Chairman Nguyễn Phú spoke highly of practical contributions made by the Vietnam Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for socio-economic development in the province over the past years, and expressed hope that the church would continue encouraging its congregations to promote fine traditions and proactively engage in patriotic movements launched in the locality.
