The event saw the participation of Most Venerable Vice President of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) Executive Council Thích Thanh Nhiễu, Senior Venerable Rector of the Vietnam Buddhist Institute in Hanoi Thích Thanh Quyết and  large numbers of monks and nuns studying at the Institute.

Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Bùi Thanh Hà and representatives of Hanoi city’s authorities also joint Buddhists at the event.

During the ceremony, the Vietnam Buddhist Institute reviewed results of training activities in the school year 2018-2019.
