The event taking place at Phu Nhuan Adventist church saw the presence of Pastor Head of the church Trần Thanh Truyện, Director of the Government Religious Affairs Committee’s Protestant Affairs Department Thiều Thị Hương, representatives from Ho Chi Minh municipal authorities, and followers of the Adventist church.

During the ceremony, Pastor Trần Thanh Truyện informed results of pastoral and social activities of the church over the past years. He also took the chance to thank state authorities for support extended to the Adventist church.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Protestant Affairs Department Thiều Thị Hương conveyed the congratulations of the government religious committee’s leaders to dignitaries and followers of the Adventist church. She also praised contributions of the church in social charity works and environmental protection.

On this occasion, the church inaugurated a stele at Phu Nhuan Adventist church for recording historical and development milestones of the Vietnam Adventist church.
