Delegations of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) in Hanoi paid on July 21 visits to religious clerics who are relatives of fallen soldiers in the city on occasion of the 73th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.
During the visits, the delegation headed by Chairwoman of the municipal VFF committee Nguyễn Lan Hương met with Most Venerable Vice President of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Executive Council Thích Thanh Nhiễu at Quan Su Pagoda and Nun Member of Thích Đàm Chính of the VBS’s Executive Committee in Hanoi Thích Đàm Chính at Van Hanh Pagoda
The VFF delegations led by Vice Chairman Nguyễn Anh Tuấn and Vice Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Dung of the municipal VFF committee visited and met with religious clergymen and clergywomen who are relatives of martyrs in districts of Hai Ba Trung, Dong Da and Thuong Tin.

At visiting receptions, while expressing deep gratitude to the sacrifices of martyrs for national independence and unification, the municipal VFF leaders asked the religious relatives of the fallen soldiers to uphold fine traditions and set good examples in boosting socio-economic development in localities.
