On July 6, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee’s Department for Southern Affairs Võ Văn Thiện led a delegation to visit the representative committee of the Islamic communities in Ho Chi Minh city and Tay Ninh province on occasion of the Ramadan festival 2016.
At visit meetings, while extending congratulatory greetings to the two representative committees and Islamic followers on occasion of Ramadan festival, Chairman Võ Văn Thiện thanked Islamic communities for their assistance and contributions given to the poor. He also asked the representative committees and Islamic communities to further promote fine traditions and make practical actions in the cause of building the strong and prosperous country.
