The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s Charity Board in Quang Ninh province has organized a charitable program named “Warm winter in Ha Giang”.
During the program, the VBS in Quang Ninh handed over hundreds of gift sets contributed by Buddhists and philanthropists, including winter clothes, foods and learning tools, etc to disadvantaged people in the province’s Sung Trai and Mau Long communes.
The VBS also visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiaries and poor families in the locality.
The program is valued at nearly one billion VND.
