Thien Hue Buddhist worshipping establishment of Minh Su Theravada Buddhist Church in Chau Thanh district solemnly held an inauguration ceremony on December 2.
Attending the ceremony included Mr. Nguyễn Đắc Tuấn, Director of Caodai Affairs Department under the Government Committee for Religious Affairs; Mr. Trần Văn Khuê, Vice Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs and representatives from Chau Thanh district and Tan Ly Tay commune.
Attending the ceremony were Cardinal Trần Đạo Như, Chairman of the Elders Council; Cardinal Nguyễn Vận Hưng, Chairman of the Executive Committee; Caodai dignitaries and followers from worshipping establishments in provinces of Tien Giang and Can Tho, Khanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city.
It’s reported that, after over a year of construction, Thien Hue worshipping establishment was basically completed with an estimated cost of about 4.6 billion VND./.
