The event was organized by the Church’s Representative Committee, and attended by Principal Archbishop Vice Chairman of the Church’s Executive Committee Ngọc Phường Thanh, Bishop Head of the Church’s Representative Committee in Tien Giang province Thượng Thêu Thanh and about 100 dignitaries, deacons and followers. Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trần Văn Khuê was amongst local authorities’ representatives at the event.

It’s reported that Cao Minh Dan establishment is a charitable center under the Ante-Creation Caodai Church, and for the past years it has conducted many social activities.  In early 2016, the Church appointed the five-member executive board of Cao Minh Dan establishment, with Priest Nguyễn Hữu Ri as Head of the board.

During the appointment ceremony, Principal Archbishop Ngọc Phường Thanh reminded the Cao Minh Dan establishment’s executive board to promote social activities and movements, as well as observe the Church’s Charter and the State laws.
