The conference, held at the office of Representative Committee of the Caodai Tay Ninh Church, was presided by Priest Thượng Ẩn Thanh (Châu Ngọc Ẩn), Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Caodai Tien Giang Church and joint by 70 followers, representatives from the Management Board of 29 parishes in the locality. Representatives of local authorities at the conference included Mr. Trần Văn Khuê, Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs.

At the conference, the Management Board of 29 parishes and followers discussed about advantages and disadvantages of Caodai affairs in the last month and approved the working plan for next month.
