Head of the Tien Giang province Representative Committee of Caodai Tay Ninh Church Thượng Ẩn Thanh chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, after the presentation of a monthly report of activities conducted by 29 Caodai communes in the province and active discussion by Executive Board of the 29 parishes, Deputy Head of the provincial Representative Committee Church Thái Sĩ Thanh stated proposed key tasks set out by the Church and urged parishes to pay Tet visits to poor people in the locality on occasion of the upcoming Lunar Year.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of Tien Giang provincial Committee for Religious Affairs praised roles and responsibilities of the Representative Committee in coordinating the Church’s religious and chartable activities and expressed his hope that dignitaries and followers would further promote unity and mutual support for enhancing effectiveness and efficiency of the Church’s activities.
