Tho Khue pagoda started the construction of its preaching hall located in Thanh Ba district’s Yen Khe commune of Phu Tho province at the ground-breaking ceremony held on July 7.
Attending the ceremony were Most Venerable Thích Bảo Nghiêm, Vice President of the VBS’s Executive Council cum Chairman of the VBS’s Buddhist Propagation Committee; Senior Venerable Thích Minh Nghiêm, Vice Chairman of the VBS’s Social Charity Committee cum Chairman of the VBS’s Executive Committee in Phu Tho province; and large numbers of monks, nuns and followers in the province.
Guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial Religious Committee Nguyễn Xuân Các.
