On August 16th, 2014, the Protestant Thanh Da Church under the Vietnam General Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Southern) held a thanksgiving and consecration ceremony for a new church. Attending the ceremony were representatives from local authorities and Protestant dignitaries and about 300 followers in the General Confederation of Churches.
Protestant Thanh Da Church was established before 1975, since the country's innovation, the church has comprehensively developed. Meeting the legitimate need of the church to have a suitable place for religious activities, the local authority granted permission to build a new church. The church has been completed with a total budget of 3,142,000,000 VND. At the ceremony, Pastor Trương Văn Ngành initiated the consecration of the church. The ceremony was concluded with prayers by Pastor Phạm Tư. /.
