On July from 13 to 25, 2014, the Protestant Representative Board of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province held a basic biblical training course 2014 (4th course of first year)
On July 13, 2014, the opening ceremony was held at the Vung Tau Protestant church. Attendants at the ceremony included pastor Huỳnh Minh Tân, Head of the Representative Board and pastor Nguyễn Đồng Minh, member of Representative Board.
This training course has 122 regular students, 19 pre-students and observers. Students learnt 5 subjects, namely: faith sharing; overview of the Bible; history of the Vietnam Evangelical Church; ethics of Christian; divine salvation.

After 10 days of training, on July 25, a closing ceremony was held with the participations of pastor Nguyễn Tờn, member of the Vietnam Evangelical Church (Southern), the Head Pastor of the provincial Representative Board, ministers, auxiliaries in chapters, students and Protestants of the Church./.

At the closing ceremony, pastor Huỳnh Minh Tân granted the certificate of the training course to students.
