On behalf of the Central Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Most Venerable Thích Thanh Nhiễu congratulated the People’s Public Security force on achievements in maintaining security and order, contributing to all-aspect development in the country.

On the occasion of the 69th founding anniversary of the People’s Public Security force, Most Venerable Thích Thanh Nhiễu sent best wishes to all officials and staff of the People’s Public Security force, and wished them every success in implementing tasks of maintaining peace and security for all people in the country. 

Most Venerable Thích Thanh Nhiễu also expressed thanks to the People’s Public Security force for favorable conditions created for the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha to successfully organize the Vesak Celebration and other important activities and events over the past time.

On behalf of the Ministry of Public Security, Minister Trần Đại Quang expressed thanks to the Central Vietnam Buddhist Sangha for their congratulatory wishes on the occasion of the 69th Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security force and highly appreciated the VBS’s contributions to the cause of national construction and defense. Minister Trần Đại Quang also said the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha has upheld the patriotic tradition and the spirit of “protecting the country and bringing peace to people”, demonstrated harmony, unity and closely attachment to the nation, as well as made relentless efforts to overcome difficulties and develop into a strong Buddhist organization.

Minister of Public Security Trần Đại Quang also expressed his hope that the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha will further uphold the spirit of unity and harmony for “Dharma – Nation – Socialism” and make active contributions to socio-economic development and peace in the country.  

On this occasion, the Minister of Public Security thanked the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha for its support provided to the people public security force in the cause of combating crimes and protecting security and order, and expected to receive further support from the VBS in the coming time. Minister of Public Security Trần Đại Quang also extended best wishes to Buddhist dignitaries of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha./.
