Attending the ceremony were members of the Party Committee, the Park’s directorate, the Excutive Committee of Trade Union, Youth Union and representatives of divisions and units of Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park; Leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee of Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province, and relatives and comrades of Martyrs Heroes from Hoang Hoa district, Thanh Hoa province.

 Activities are celebrated in Memorial Temple from November 25^th to December 4^th 2017 to memorize and be grateful to the brave sacrifice of various generations for a sacred expectation: United country.

The ritual program is organized with many contents such as: the worshiping ceremony, incense offering memorial martyrs, the praying ceremony.... In particular, the art program is organized by Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee, Radio the Voice of Vietnam and VTC Digital Television on the evening of November 26^th 2017. The program is gratitude for the great merit of the heroic martyrs at Hang Tam Co and Road 20-Quyet Thang./.
