Welcoming the guests, Cardinal Thượng Tám Thanh, President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Council informed preparation of the celebration of Dieu Tri festival to be held on Sept. 27 at the Holy See. He said, the celebration this year will include nearly 100 stalls of offerings to Mother Goddess Dieu Tri by over 400 Caodai parishes across the country.

He also thanked local authorities for their support and favorable conditions extended to the Church over the past years.

Speaking at the reception, Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tân extended greetings to Caodai dignitaries and followers on occasion of Dieu Tri festival 2015. He also spoke highly of efforts by Caodai dignitaries and followers in bringing social achievements in the locality.
