On June 10, the Representative Committee of the Islamic Community of Tay Ninh province held a solemn ceremony to celebrate the Ramadan festival 2015 (Islamic calendar 1436) at Darul Naim Lilmuslimin mosque with attendance of Hajis, Hakins, Naeps… and over 200 followers from 7 mosques in the province.
Local guests at the event included Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization Nguyễn Thanh Pha and Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Võ Thành Công.
The fasting in this holy month borne important meanings, helping Islam followers nurture themselves, uphold their spirit, perseverance and tolerance and be helpful to the poor people.
