A delegation of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Central Representative Committee in collaboration with Caodai parishes’ managements in Tay Ninh province’s Chau Thanh district paid on June 29 visits to the Covid-19 checkpoints of the Border Guard located in the district.
The delegation led by Bishop Head of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church's Representative Committee Thái Thọ Thanh visited 34 checkpoints belonging to three Border Guard stations of Vam Trang Trau, Phuoc Tan and Ninh Dien.
During the visits, Bishop Thái Thọ Thanh presented cash and food valued at 45 million VND, and took the chance to thank Border Guard officers and soldiers for their efforts in the Covid-19 prevention in the locality.
Earlier, on June 22 and 02, the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Representative Committee also visited and presented gift sets to the Covid-19 checkpoints of the provincial Border Guard in Ben Cau district, Trang Bang provincial city and Lo Go Border Guard Station in Tan Bien district.
During the visits, the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Representative Committee presented food and necessities valued at over 90 million VND to the border guard checkpoints.
