Attending the event taking place in Tay Ninh Holy See located in Tay Ninh city were Cardinal President of the Tay Ninh Caodai Church’s Executive Committee Thượng Tám Thanh, dignitaries from the Caodai Church’s standing committee, representatives of provincial authorities in Tay Ninh, and students of the course.

The 18^th training course lasting nine weeks drew the participation of 102 Caodai student-priests from 13 provinces and cities in the country.
