The Vietnam (Binh Duc) Caodai Church actively operates in the provinces of Tien Giang, Long An, Ben Tre and Dong Thap with 6 parishes (oratories), its headquarter located in My Tho city of Tien Giang province with over 1,000 dignitaries and nearly 3,000 followers.
For the last term 2010-2015, the Binh Duc Caodai Church has recorded many typical results in its religious affairs, including organization of 11 doctrinal training courses, reconstruction of four oratories, social and charity activities at an estimated funding of nearly VND 400 million through supports for the poor and victims of Agent Orange, building charitable houses, and conducting free health checks.
In addition, the Church also actively participated in many movements launched by local authorities for social, cultural and economic development in the locality. Thanks to these contributions, three oratories received the title of cultural worshipping place and seven Caodai worshipping establishments received the certificate of land-use right.
Tien Giang provincial People’s Committee also presented a certificate of merit to the Binh Duc Caodai Church’s Executive Committee and two dignitaries for their outstanding social contributions in the past years.
