Local Buddhist and Catholic organizations in collaborations with local authorities in Quang Binh province and sponsors held several programs and activities on October 3 for children celebrating the Mid-Autumn festival.
The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha Executive Board in the province’s Quang Ninh district organized a program called "Loving Moon" for children at Vinh Ninh kindergarten in the district. The program took place with a variety of activities such as music, lion dancing, fun games and presentation of gifts to the children of the kindergarten.
On the same day, Con Se parish also organized a program “loving mid-autumn” at the charitable center “Home of Hope” under Huong Phuong congregation of Lovers of the Holy Cross in Quang Trach district. During the program, disabilities children and orphans also has received gifts and supports from sponsors from Con Se parish.
