As many as 250 local cadres in charge of religious affairs from districts and cities of Dong Nai province have attended the opening ceremony of a training conference on religious affairs held on December 2.
The event was co-organized by the provincial home affairs and the Religion & Belief Institute under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics.
The training conference taking place from December 2-8 covers ten topics on religion-related state policies and laws, the Law on Belief and Religion 2016, the state administration on Protestantism, Buddhism and new religions in Vietnam, and practical issues for religious affairs in the country and in Dong Nai province.
