On December 14, Que Xuan Protestant Church in Quang Nam province held a ceremony for officially announcing the establishment of Nam Phuoc Protestant congregation.
Attending the event included Pastor member of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) Võ Đình Đán, Pastor Chairman of the Representative Committee in Quang Nam province Mã Phúc Thanh Tươi, Pastor Chairman of the Protestant Representative Committee in Da Nang city Dương Quang Hòa, Superintendents of local Churches, local authorities’ representatives, and nearly 100 Protestant followers.
During the ceremony, Nam Phuoc town’s authorities in Quang Nam province presented the Decision on establishment of Nam Phuoc Protestant congregation to Commissioned Pastor Nguyễn Thanh Minh, Superintendent of Que Xuan Protestant Church.
On occasion of Christmas 2015, Pastor Võ Đình Đán delivered a Christmas message based on the God’s word in Scripture Luke 2: 1-24.
The three-member Management Board of Nam Phuoc congregation, consisting of Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Lễ, Mr. Đoàn Phú Pháp and Mrs. Võ Thị Sương also made its debut at the ceremony.
