Attending the opening ceremony were Mr. Đậu Đình Minh, Deputy Director of Home Affairs Department cum Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs, and 115 officials working on religious and belief-related affairs at district and commune levels.

The religious training conference took place in two days and included such delivered contents as the Party and State’s viewpoints and policies on religion, State governance on religious affairs, State governance on beliefs and deviant faiths, issues regarding Buddhism and Catholicism… 

Earlier, the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs conducted two training seminars for two districts in the province. With this training conference, Quang Binh provincial Committee for Religious Affairs has completed the religious training program for 2014, with participation of 291 local officials working on religious and belief-related affairs at district and commune levels.
