Quang Binh provincial Party Committee organized a conference for reviewing ten-year implementation of Party’s Resolution 25 on religious affairs on Dec 16.
Attending the conference were Mr. Hoàng Đăng Quang, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and local authorities’ representatives.
During ten years implementing the Resolution 25, the provincial authorities focused on dissemination of the Resolution to all Party’s members, local officials, religious dignitaries and followers. The implementation of directives and resolutions of the central and local Party Committees has been conducted regularly and effectively. Strengthened understanding of religions, religious affairs and responsibility of people and agencies in the political system has resulted in positive changes. Religious dignitaries, deacons and followers have well observed policies and laws of the Party and State on religion, contributing to ensure order and security in the locality.
During the reviewing conference, the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board presented a certificate of merit to eight organizations and 14 individuals for recognition of their outstanding achievements in implementing the Party resolution on religious affairs./.
