All of Con Se villagers are Catholics, with more than 550 families, 3,500 inhabitants. This place is a islet in the middle of Gianh river. People in the village have to travel by boats or crossing wooden bridges, so the local people faced with many difficulties especially during the floods. The new concrete bridge cross Gianh river would help improve people’s life and contribute to socio-economic development in the locality.
