Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh provincial People’s Committee Hồ An Phong hosted on January 20 a reception for a visiting delegation of Ha Tinh diocese office ahead of Lunar New Year (Tet) 2022.
Ha Tinh diocese delegation extends Tet greetings to Quang Binh People’ Committee
The visiting delegation was led by Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn, Apostolic Administrator of the diocese.
During the visiting reception, while extending a happy and successful Lunar New Year to officials and staff of the provincial People’s Committee, Bishop Louis Nguyễn Anh Tuấn expressed hope that the provincial authorities would continue extending favorable conditions for Catholic practices in the diocese in the coming time.
Speaking with the guests, while extending Tet greetings to dignitaries and lay Catholics of the diocese, Vice Chairman Hồ An Phong thanked the visiting delegation and expressed hope that the diocese office would continue closely accompanying with local authorities in guiding lay Catholics in the Covid-19 prevention work in the new year.
