Bo Liang Protestant chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) in Lam Dong province’s Duc Trong district solemnly held the ground-breaking ceremony for the construction of its church on March 15.
Attending the ceremony were Pastor Member of the ECVN (Southern) Executive Committee in charge of pastoral affairs in Lam Dong province Kon Să Ha Hăck, pastors from the Church’s Representative Board in the province and over 500 followers in the province.
Local guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Văn Đức.
Bo Liang Protestant chapter was established in 1963. For meeting current needs of religious practices by local Protestants, a new church will be built on an area of 393.68m2 at a estimated cost of VND 1.5 billion./.
