Priests and seminarians of Xuan Loc diocese join Covid-19 treatment medical force

Priest Dominic Nguyễn Tuấn Anh, Vicar General of Xuan Loc diocese received on July 31 Chairman of Dong Nai provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Quốc Vũ during on occasion of registered personnel of the diocese participating its volunteer service in treatment of Covid-19 cases.  

Participating in the reception held in the diocese’s Tan Mai parish were Priest Vincent Nguyễn Mạnh Cường, Head of Tan Mai deanery and Vice Chairman of the provincial religious committee Nguyễn Đình Kiên.

During the reception, Priest Dominic Nguyễn Tuấn Anh informed that seven Catholic volunteers including three priests and four seminarians would join the frontline force for the Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.

Earlier, responding to a call of Dong Nai provincial authorities a bishop professor at Xuan Loc Major Seminary, four priests, and 110 clergymen and clergywomen have joint the provincial taskforce for supporting the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in the province.

Speaking at the reception, Chairman of the provincial religious committee Nguyễn Quốc Vũ took the chance to thank the bishop, priests, seminarians, clergymen and clergywomen of Xuan Loc diocese for their practical contributions to the Covid-19 epidemic prevention work in the province.
