On June 22nd, the ashrams of Phổ Hiền pagoda led by Superior Nun Thích Tâm Hạnh- abbess of the pagoda, and Buddhist dignitaries of Đà Nẵng’s Vietnam Buddhist Sangha and more than 250 Buddhists came to Truong Son cemetery (Gio Linh commune, Quang Tri province) to conduct Buddhist rituals wishing for the well-being of Martyrs.
Venerable Thích Đạo Hạnh, abbot of Kỳ Viên pagoda (Thanh Khe District) instructed ashrams to recite Buddhist sutras and take mindful walks to pray for the Martyrs.
On the same day, the delegation offered incense to Martyrs at the cemetery.
