A charity event called Zero-VND Market on occasion of the traditional New Year (Tet) opened on January 9 at Phap Hoi pagoda located in Da Nang city’s Son Tra district, helping to poor people affected by Covid-19 pandemic.
Accordingly, celebrating Buddha’s Enlightenment Day (the eight of the twelfth lunar month) Phap Hoi pagoda in collaboration with sponsors has presented 200 gift sets to disadvantaged people, with the total value of 180 million VND.
