During the visit, while extending congratulations to Bishop of Vinh Diocese Alfonso Nguyễn Hữu Long, and other dignitaries and lay Catholics of Vinh Diocese on occasion of the Assumption of Mary feast day, Vice Chairman Lê Hồng Vinh  highlighted practical contributions made by Catholics in the diocese for socio-economic development and the Covid-19 prevention work in the locality.

Speaking with the guests, Bishop Alfonso Nguyễn Hữu Long spoke highly of the provincial authorities’ due attention and efforts in the Covid-19 pandemic prevention work, as well as in boosting sustainable social-economic developments in the locality.
