New Protestant churches inaugurated in Lam Dong

Bo Liang and Bo Su Dong Protestant chapters under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in Lam Dong city have inaugurated their new churches at two separate ceremonies held in the province’s districts of Duc Trong and Di Linh on November 30.

Attending the events were Pastor President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) Thái Phước Trường, Pastor Member of the ECVN’s executive committee in charge of pastoral affairs in Lam Dong province Kon Sa Ha Hack, Pastor Member of ECVN’s clergy board Cil Mup Ha Kar, pastors, evangelists and about 1000 believers of the ECVN in Lam Dong province.

Guests at the event included Chairman the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Ngô Văn Đức and representatives from local authorities.

The construction of the new church of Bo Liang Protestant chapter was started in 2017 with the construction area of 393m2 and completed at the total cost of over three billion VND.

The construction of the new church of Bo Su Dong Protestant chapter was started in 2014 with the construction area of 551m2 at the total investment of nearly five billion VND.
