Eight Protestant chapters under the Evangelical church of Vietnam (ECVN) (South) in Binh Phuoc province made their debut and appointed their Superintendents at ceremonies held on May 4-5 in Bu Dang district.
Attending the events included Pastor first Vice President of the ECVN (South) Thái Phước Trường, the Protestant Representative Committee in Binh Phuoc province, local authorities’ representatives and a large number of Protestant followers in the locality.
During the ceremonies, Pastor Thái Phước Trường announced the establishment decisions for eight chapters and performed appointment rites for their Superintendents in the locality.
There newly established chapters and their superintendents appointed included Commissioned Điểu Mơ Luê as Superintendent of Butol chapter, Missionary Điểu Uy as Superintendent of Bu Nhau chapter, Missionary Điểu Đào as Superintendent of Bù Kroih chapter, Commissioned Pastor Điểu Hiêng as Superintendent of Dang Blang chapter, Commissioned Pastor Điểu Binh as Superintendent of Murmle chapter, Commissioned Pastor Điểu Săng as Superintendent of Phe Lach chapter, Commissioned Pastor Điểu Mơn as Superintendent of Bu Sar B chapter and Missionary Điểu Noi as Superintendent of Bu Ndria chapter.
