The Lam Lac Chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in Cu Knia commune, Cu Jut district in the central highlands province of Kak Nong was formally established at a solemn ceremony held on June 14.
The ceremony was led by Pastor Nguyễn Hữu Bình, Vice President of the Vietnam evangelical church (ECVN), and attended by representatives of the provincial religious committee and authorities of Cư Jút district and Cư Knia commune, and 2,000 Protestants who are H’Mong ethnic minorities in the commune.

During the ceremony, Pastor Y DJRên, Member of the ECVN’s executive committee in charge of pastoral affairs in Dak Nong handed over the establishment decision and official seal to Pastor Hạ Văn Vàng, Head of the new chapter of the southern Vietnam evangelical church.
The Lam Lac church of the ECVN was established from the congregation in Cu Knia commune registered with local authorities in 2006 and upon approval by the provincial authorities and the ECVN in April 2019.
