The Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS)’s chapter in Ha Tinh province’s Nghi Xuan district held on January 28 a ceremony to officially inaugurate its head office based in Phong Phan pagoda.
The ceremony taking place in the pagoda located in Nghi Xuan district was attended by Venerable Vice Chairman of the provincial VBS Chapter Thích Viên Như, representatives from the provincial committee for religious affairs and Nghi Xuan district authorities, and over 1,500 Buddhists.

As reported, the head office of the executive board is built on an area of nearly 500 m2 within Phong Phan pagoda with a total investment of over 3.2 billion, mostly contributed by Buddhists and donors in the locality.
