Da Ron Evangelical chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) in Lam Dong province’s Don Duong district held on April 3 a solemn ceremony for inaugurating its new church.
The event saw the presence of Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự, Vice President of the ECVN (South), Pastor Nguyễn Ngọc Thuận, Deputy Secretary of the ECVN (South), Pastor Kon Sa Hà Hăck, Commissioner of the ECVN (South) in charge of pastoral affairs in Lam Dong, Pastor Bùi Phụng, Head of the ECVN’s representative committee in the province, local authorities’ representatives and church’s members of Da Ron and neighboring chapters.
Inside new church
During the event, Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự and Pastor Nguyễn Ngọc Thuận conducted preaching and inauguration rites.
The new church was built on an area of 840 m2 with the total cost of six billion VND, and has been completed after two years of the construction.
Da Ron chapter has currently 1,680 members and managed by Pastor Kon Sa Hà Hăck.
Tong Ju new church in Ea Kao commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province
Earlier, Tong Ju church chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in Dak Lak province has also inaugurated its new church.
The event was presided over by Pastor President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) Thái Phước Trường and attended by pastors from the ECVN’s representative committee in the province, and about 1,400 believers from Tong Ju and neighboring chapters and congregations.

The new church was built on an area of 686 m2 with 520 seats and at the total cost of 3.8 billion VND.
