Dak R’La chapter under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) (Southern) in Dak Nong province’s Dak Mil district held on December 11 a solemn ceremony for consecrating its new church.
The event was presided by Pastor Vice President of the ECVN (South) Phan Vĩnh Cự, and attended by Pastor Member of the Executive Committee of the ECVN (South) in charge of pastoral affairs in Dak Nong Y Djrên, members of the Church’s representative committee in the province, representatives from local authorities and about 700 members in the evangelical chapter.
During the ceremony, Pastor Phan Vĩnh Cự and Pastor Y Djren performed rituals for consecrating the evangelical chapter’s worshipping church.
Dak R’La evangelical chapter was found in 1990 and officially recognized by local authorities in 2015. The construction of the chapter’s worshipping church was started in 2018 and completed at the total cost of over 4.7 billion VND.
