The Kon Tum Christian Church under the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (South) in Kon Tum city has inaugurated its new church at a ceremony held on November 16.
Attending the event were Pastor President of the Evangelical Church of Vietnam (ECVN) Thái Phước Trường, pastors and evangelists from the ECVN and its chapters in provinces of Quang Nam, Quang Ngai and Da Nang city, and about 300 believers from churches and congregations under the ECVN in Kon Tum.
Guests at the event included Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Trương Thị Ngọc Anh and representatives from local authorities.
Stone-laying ritual in early 2018
The Kon Tum Christian Chapter was established in 2006, and the construction of its new church was started in March 2018.
