The Catholic community in Cai Doi Vam ward in Ca Mau province’s Phu Tan district in inaugurated its new worshipping chapel at a solemn ceremony held in January 30.
The ceremony saw the participation of Bishop of Can Tho Stephanie Tri Bửu Thiên, clerics of Can Tho diocese, representatives of local authorities and other religious organizations, and over 500 local Catholics.
The inaugurated church of Cai Vam Doi Catholic community built on an area of 557m2 has 16.2m wide, 34.4 long and 17m in height.
