The Management Board of Thanh Binh – Thanh Bac parish under the Tay Ninh Caodai Church in Tay Ninh province held the ground-breaking ceremony to construct its new oratory on July 30.
Attending the ceremony were Cardinal President of Tay Ninh Caodai Church Thượng Tám Thanh, religious dignitaries and about 1,000 Caodai followers.
Local guests at the event included Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Võ Thành Công.
As reported at the event, the new oratory will be built according to the 5th model of design of the Caodai Tay Ninh church
