On Oct. 8, Nam Dinh provincial Women’s Union in collaboration with the provincial Home Affairs Department held a contest on dissemination of religious law 2015.
Attending the event were Vice Chairman of the Government Committee for Religious Affairs Dương Ngọc Tấn, Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh provincial People’s Committee Trần Lương Bảng, Vice Chairman of the provincial Committee for Religious Affairs Nguyễn Mạnh Hải and Chairman of the provincial Women’s Union Phạm Thị Lan.
Ten contestants representing 10 districts in the province joint the competitions on knowledge of belief and religion, provisions of the law on belief and religion.
As the final result of the contest, the top prize went to the representative from Xuan Truong district.
The contest, held on occasion of 85th anniversary of the Vietnam Women’s Union and Vietnamese Women’s day, aimed to help women propagators in the locality to exchange experiences in mobilizing women to implement the Party’s guidelines and State’s policies and laws of belief and religion in the renovation period.
