My Tho Diocese in Tien Giang holds online mass praying for Covid-19 ending

My Tho Diocese in Tien Giang province held on October 17 an online mass in the diocese cathedral located in the province’s My Tho city, praying for the country to soon overcome the Covid-19 pandemic.  

The event was chaired by Bishop of My Tho Peter Nguyễn Văn Khảm and joint by residential priests and sisters of the St. Paul of Chartres in the city.

Responding a call of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Vietnam, during the mass, Bishop Peter Nguyễn Văn Khảm performed religious rites praying for the country to soon overcome the pandemic so that people can have a peaceful, prosperous and happy life, as well as social activities and religious practices could be normally returned.
