The Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) has promulgated Decision No. 909/QD-BNV on approving its inspection plan in 2023.

Accordingly, inspection activities aim to show loopholes in the administration on management, policies and laws, prevent and handle law violations, and help agencies, organizations and individuals to comply with the state laws, contributing to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the MOHA’s state management.
Relating to the implementation of the State’s policies and laws on belief and religion in 2023, the Government Committee for Religious Affairs will held the prime responsibility for the inspection. Accordingly, the inspection of the state administration on belief and religion will be conducted in Bac Ninh (first quarter), Thai Nguyen and Quang Binh (second quarter), Dong Nai, Lang Son and Yen Bai (third quarter) Dak Nong and Kien Giang (fourth quarter).
