On November 29, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) held a training course on labor union affairs for members of its labor unions.
The event saw the participation of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Đào Văn Ngọc, Deputy Head of the MOHA’s Labor Union Nguyễn Thị Hà and Deputy Chief of the MOHA’s Office Nguyễn Viết Giá.
During the one-day training, key members of the MOHA’s Labor Union and labor unions from committees and agencies under the MOHA listened to contents including the Directive 995/HD-TLD dated 30/06/2016 of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on roles and participation of labor unions in law suits, legal proceedings and resolution of labor disputes.
