The ceremony was presided over by Bishop of Long Xuyen Diocese Joseph Trần Xuân and attended by large numbers of priests, clergymen, clergywomen, Catholic followers.

On the occasion, six votarists (including four new votarists namely Heribald Bùi Phúc An, Hilaire Nguyễn Quý Báu, Hubert Lê Thanh Hùng and Herve Lê Thanh Khôi and two perpetual votarists of Damien Nguyễn Văn Thao and Đệ Trần Công Doanh) of the Congregation formally professed their monastic vows.
