Attending the ceremony were representatives from local authorities and Pastor Phan Văn Cử, General Treasurer of Vietnamese Confederation of Evangelical Churches (Southern); Pastor Kon Sa Ha Hăck, Member of General Confederation ceremonial; Pastors, Commissioned Pastors, Evangelists and followers.

 At the ceremony, Pastor Kon Sa Ha Hăck presented the Church Decision on the Appointment of the New Superintendent of Tan Ha Protestant Church to Evangelist Đinh Văn Sắn. The new Superintendent expressed thanks to local authorities, Protestant dignitaries and followers for their congratulation and support, he also pledged to together with dignitaries and followers in the Church implement the pastoral activities in the coming time. Sharing about the pastoral responsibility, Pastor Phan Văn Cử preached on the topic "The conqueror of the promised land"

Tan Ha Protestant Church was established in 1997 and the State recognized its legal status on May 13^th of 2014 with Pastor Bùi Phụng as its Superintendent, Evangelist Đinh Văn Sắn in charge of guiding followers to implement religious activities. On August 29^th, Evangelist Đinh Văn Sắn was appointed as Superintendent of the Tan Ha Church.
