The management board of the historical-cultural site of Tan Lan communal house and the communal house’s sacrificial board in Bien Hoa city’s Hoa Binh ward co-organized on November 19-20 the Ky yen festival 2019.
The two-day festival featured traditional activities including a procession, offering and worshipping rituals, performances of folk singing and unicorn–lion-dragon dance, etc.

The festival held on occasion of the 299th death anniversary of general Trần Thượng Xuyên aimed to pay gratitude to his contributions in expanding land and the economy in Dong Nai – Gia Dinh region.
Tan Lan communal house was recognized as a national-cultural relic site by the ministry of culture, sports and tourism in 1999.
