Kon Tum is home to 28 ethnic groups, accounting for 54% of the provincial population. The timely recognition of important contributions by prestigious people in ethnic minorities aimed to encourage and promote the role of outstanding people in mobilizing ethnic communities to comply with the State’s laws and policies, and make practical contributions to the socio-economic development, stability and social order in the ethnic regions./.
